BUJUMBURA January 30th (ABP) – The CNDD-FDD candidate for the 2020 presidential election, Major General Evariste Ndayishimiye, newly appointed at last Sunday’s convention in Gitega (center of the country), to represent that party next May, left the political capital on Tuesday for the economic capital Bujumbura, where he was greeted triumphantly by activists of his party, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.
In Kajaga, Kinyinya II village, where his residence is located in Mutimbuzi commune, in Bujumbura province, a huge crowd made up of Bagumyabanga from CNDD-FDD and other neighbors greeted him warmly with congratulations, with joy and in a festive atmosphere. On the banner of the Bagumyabanga of the CNDD-FDD of Kajaga-Kinyinya II, one could read “the Bagumyabanga of the CNDD-FDD congratulate you, God has honored us and you are the heir! All Burundians are behind you, you are really valiant! May God give you the power to do like King Solomon”.
