RUTANA October 31st (ABP) – Torrential rain mixed with strong wind fell on Monday October 28, 2019, around 4 pm, in Rusunu village of Musongati commune, Rutana province (south-eastern Burundi). It caused material damage, leaving the affected people in desolation.
The roofs of 12 houses of individuals were blown away by the wind, and a part of the maternity block at the health center of the locality was damaged by a falling tree.
The administrator of the Musongati commune, Mr. Jean Damascène Arakaza, appeals to the benefactors to help the affected people.
