MURAMVYA January 4th (ABP) – Muramvya High Court (Central West), decided, in a flagrante delicto trial, to impose 5 years of main criminal servitude (SPP) plus 250 thousand BIF of fine or a sentence of subsidiary criminal servitude (SPS) in case of non-payment, for two judgments respectively against Cyriaque Miburo accused of robbery and Gervais Ndimurwanko, accused of detention, consumption and trade of narcotics.

This judgment comes as the latter has already been incarcerated in Muramvya prison for 20 years in prison for killing his father in Mwaro province, as disclosed after the in-flagrante delicto trial.
