The Senate President asks the inhabitants to have a vision and objectives for their families

MURAMVYA March 29th (ABP) – The Senate President of Burundi, Mr. Révérien Ndikuriyo, in a series of trip visits to the country’s communes, was visiting Thursday March 26, 2020 in the province of Muramvya (center-west) where he met with representatives of all social strata from Bukeye and Muramvya communes on Masango village and those from Kiganda, Mbuye and Rutegama communes in Rutegama, a check on the site by ABP has revealed.

In their welcoming words, the heads of the host communes and the advisers to the governor of Muramvya respectively indicated that the province visited is peaceful and that coexistence between the different political parties is peaceful, even in this pre-electoral period. They said they hope the crop for season B will be good, given the condition of the fields.

In the two moralization sessions, Mr. Ndikuriyo indicated that the image of the country continues to change positively, referring to the electoral period of 2015. He asked the participants to have a vision and objectives for their respective families, in particular the limitation of births, the muscular fight against polygamy and unwanted pregnancies in the school environment, without forgetting the protection of the environment and respect for the principles of hygiene, in order to prevent the global scourge of the Coronavirus. Note that this moralization session held in Rutegama was followed by an ecumenical prayer from the CNDD-FDD party, as it is regularly organized every Thursday at the end of the month, a prayer enhanced by the presence of the President of the Burundi Senate.
